S3 compatible API storage can be used again for testcontainers.

Hi, we are aware of MinIO's status. However, the Testcontainers module can still be used with those images on DockerHub. So far, we are not considering adding other modules. However, community is welcome to develop those modules and host them, those can be displayed at Testcontainers modules catalog

Apparently minio is really dead now, as they removed rpm & deb packages from their server and also closed their container repository on Docker Hub: https://hub.docker.com/r/minio/minio

Currently the quay repo still exists, but we'll see for how long. So at least when using the defaults, the module is currently unusable. Would that be enough to reopen the issue @eddumelendez ?
